2021 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir

2021 ANDERSON VALLEY PINOT NOIR

TASTING NOTES
This garnet-hued, fuller-bodied Pinot Noir boasts aromas of cranberry, cinnamon, clove and an Anderson Valley Deep End forest floor. On the palate clove, anise and baking spice perfectly complement the generous layers of brooding red fruit. With a luscious boysenberry pie finish, this wine lingers elegantly. Enjoy it with seared duck breast or grilled salmon.

PRODUCTION NOTES
Our Highway 128 Wine Collection Pinot Noir was grown and harvested at Nelson Hill Vineyard, which is in the Deep End of the Anderson Valley AVA and the most coastal-influenced section These cooler conditions allow fruit to seamlessly ripen. This vineyard has a mix of Dijon clones 114, 115, 777 and Pommard berries. The soil in this vineyard is uplifted sandstone, well-drained and ideally suited for crafting fine wines.
