2021 GOZAR! ROSÉ OF PETITE SIRAH

TASTING NOTES
Pale pink in color, this Rosé of Petite Sirah has bright and fragrant aromas of wild strawberries and orange zest. Flavors of strawberry shortcake and spice cookies dance on the palate. A lovely acidic finish balances this delightful rosé.

PRODUCTION NOTES
The grapes for this Rosé of Petite Sirah come from a field blend of Durif (Petite Sirah), Primitivo (Zinfandel) and Peloursin. The juice is procured via saignée during our Petite Sirah processing. This Rosé was inoculated using a blend of different yeasts. Once fermentation was complete, the Rosé was aged in neutral French oak barrels.
