2021 VERDEJO

TASTING NOTES
Our Verdejo has aromas of white peach, nectarine, and lime. Refreshing flavors of lemongrass, citrus, and green almonds dance with on the palate with hints of minerality and savoriness. This lovely medium-bodied wine is very food-friendly.

PRODUCTION NOTES
Our Verdejo grows in only a few rows on vines on the western part of our vineyard. Situated on a rolling hillside, our Verdejo is a tribute to our Spanish heritage. Because it is just one block, our Verdejo was picked as one lot. Upon arrival at the winery, our Verdejo was pressed in our pneumatic bladder. Once the juice was cold settled, it was racked to a stainless-steel tank where it was inoculated. After fermentation, our Verdejo aged in 100% stainless steel.
