2021 ZGB ROSÉ

TASTING NOTES
Pale peach in color, this Rosé has mellow and delicate aromas of fresh fruit and florals and a subtle hint of citrus rind. The palate is light for rosé – by design – with bright notes of ripe peach, apricot, and mandarin orange. The juicy and clean finish leaves you wanting more.

PRODUCTION NOTES
This Rosé of ZGB is a blend of Zinfandel, Grenache, and Barbera. These varietals are planted throughout the Coble Ranch vineyard and bring expressions from the gravelly loam and clay loam soil types. The juice is procured via saignée from the three red varietals. Once fermentation was complete, the varietals were aged separately in neutral French oak barrels and blended before bottling.
