2013 Zinfandel Reserve
Our barrel selection of Zinfandel, this wine was fermented via submerged cap technique that created much deeper and darker flavors compared to traditional fermentations. A nose of cassis, clove and plum give way to a richness on the palate that is also juicy in character. This luscious red demonstrates the terroir of The Coble Ranch where delicious black fruit flavors are balanced by spicy leather and clove. Great to pair with barbequed meat or any richly flavored dishes.
